Delicious and EASY Brisket

1 bottle Sundried Tomato salad dressing
1 (1, 2, or 3 pound) brisket


Trim fat off the brisket. Place brisket fat side up in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour salad dressing over brisket. Bake, covered with foil at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
